Marketing Executive Assistant

Those interested in helping to coordinate a major 6 month book launch including marketing, PR and content creation - this is a full-time job with a mission to be part of a healing movement worldwide. Requires efficiency, relationship management, strong project management skills and proficiency in a variety of AI tools. Ideally will have experience with Go High Level, basic landing pages and video content creation outside of AI tools.

This role is ideal for someone who excels across roles of executive assistant, project management, and website marketing skills. This requires someone to be self-motivated, driven and with attention to detail and able to move projects forward.

Responsibilities:
Project manage a book launches, ensuring seamless execution from tracking endorsements to booking podcast speaking engagements
Manage launch timelines, ensuring deliverables stay on track.
Execute launch strategy, coordinating the project management of email campaigns, social media, webpage completion and customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, social media manager, etc. to align on launch objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve any launch-related challenges in real-time to minimize disruptions.
Conduct regular reviews to assess performance, document lessons learned, and refine future launch processes.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in AI tools and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership.
