Queens Party Hall is looking for a full-time remote Customer Service Representative to assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and event details. We need someone with a clear, friendly English-speaking voice and strong communication skills. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
-Answer customer inquiries via phone,
-Assist clients with event bookings, pricing inquiries, and venue availability
-Provide detailed information about packages, policies, and event planning options
-Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
-Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools
-Coordinate with the event team to ensure smooth communication between clients and staff
-Handle customer concerns and find quick, effective solutions
Qualifications:
-Fluent in spoken and written English with a clear and friendly voice
-Experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles (preferred)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions

-Must be available full-time and able to work in New York business hours (EST)
