JOB OVERVIEW

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptional at customer service? Do you have strong communication and management skills? We are a graphic design company looking for a Client Relations & Administrative Coordinator to assist with follow-ups, email management, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Follow up with clients via email and phone to ensure smooth project workflow.

Email
& Calendar Management: Organize and respond to emails, schedule meetings, and manage inquiries.
Customer Service: Provide excellent client support, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
Project Coordination: Keep track of project statuses, follow up on pending approvals, and update internal records.
Administrative Support: Assist with daily operational tasks to improve efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional English skills (both written and spoken)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service experience
- Proactive & independent worker
- Experience in client management, follow-ups, or administrative support
- Comfortable making professional phone calls to clients

Position Details:
- Location: Remote
- Hours: 9am-2pm CST
- Pay: $4/hour
