Job Title: Administrative Specialist with Graphic Design & Lead Generation Skills
Location: California (Remote; Office meetings as required)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST) + 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month

Base Pay:
First two weeks: $150
3rd and 4th weeks: $200
2nd Month: $400
3rd Month and Beyond: $500
6 Months and over will guarantee making $1,000 +

Additional Earnings:
$20 per meeting scheduled (based on lead generation, HOT leads)
Commission from sales resulting froUpgrade to see actual infoetings you schedule

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an Administrative Specialist with graphic design skills and the ability to generate HOT leads. This role will combine administrative support, content creation for social media, and outreach to potential clients. Job Description:
We are looking for an Administrative Specialist who has strong graphic design skills and experience in lead generation. In this role, you will assist with managing administrative tasks, design high-quality content for social media, and actively work on lead generation by calling HOT leads. Your ability to design visually appealing content combined with strong communication skills will help us elevate our brand while also generating valuable business opportunities.


Your Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
Handle correspondence and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Assist with preparing reports and documents for teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings.

2. Lead Generation & HOT Lead Calling:
Identify and engage HOT leads through cold calling and follow-up efforts.
Assist with email outreach and social media engagement to generate high-quality leads.
Manage the lead tracking system, ensuring timely follow-ups and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

3. Social Media Content Creation:
Design high-quality visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Create engaging posts, banners, and ads using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator) to promote our services.
Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and is optimized for engagement.

4. Client Communication & Appointment Scheduling:
Professionally schedule meetings with potential clients over the phone and ensure smooth communication between the sales team and leads.
Help project managers maintain relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.

5. Social Media Management & Strategy:
Help with social media management by scheduling content and engaging with followers.
Monitor social media channels to ensure consistent branding and engagement.
Assist in developing content strategies for social media growth and lead generation.

6. General Office Support:
Provide general office support such as document management, organizing files, and assisting with other administrative tasks.
Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

7. Growth & Leadership:
As the company grows, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibilities and potentially lead a team.

Requirements:
Strong Administrative Skills: Experience in general office tasks, scheduling, and data entry.
Graphic Design Expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar, with the ability to create professional-quality content.
Lead Generation Experience: Proven experience with cold calling, email outreach, and engaging with HOT leads.
Fluent English (Written and Spoken): Exceptional communication skills for both written content and phone conversations.
Social Media Management: Basic experience with social media content creation and management.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Creative Mindset: Strong design and creative skills for developing engaging content that drives results.
Growth-Oriented: Desire to grow within the company and take on more responsibilities as we scale.
Construction or Real Estate Experience is a plus, but not required.
