We’re looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant to handle administrative, HR, and secretarial tasks. If you’re up for everything an office manager or HR might need, this is for you!
What you'll do:
- Manage scheduling and daily office tasks.
- Support HR functions like recruitment and employee assistance.
- Take meeting minutes, prepare reports, and handle communications and other transactions needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in admin, HR, or secretarial roles.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Basic graphic design skills (a plus).
Details:
Full-time, permanent position.
Office located in front of Ayala Center Cebu.
Monday to Friday, 34k monthly pay
