Credit Specialist

Fundhub is looking for an organized and detail-driven Credit Specialist to help clients maintain clean credit reports by handling hard inquiry removals efficiently. This role involves reviewing credit reports, coordinating with credit bureaus, and ensuring that inquiries are removed correctly.

You'll be working with structured SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to carry out each step of the process, so following instructions precisely and maintaining strong attention to detail is essential. Since you’ll be handling sensitive financial information, clear communication with both clients and credit bureaus is also a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

???? Access and review client credit reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) inside GHL.
???? Communicate with clients to obtain missing login credentials.
???? Follow a step-by-step process to log in and retrieve reports.
???? Ensure correct file naming and formatting before uploading reports.
???? Call Experian to remove inquiries over the phone.
???? File FTC reports for Equifax and TransUnion disputes.
???? Call Equifax and TransUnion to finalize inquiry removals.
???? Update client progress inside GHL and move them through the correct pipeline stages.

Requirements

???? Strong attention to detail – accuracy is critical in handling credit disputes.
???? Ability to follow structured workflows without deviation.
???? Professional and clear communication skills for client interactions.
???? Comfortable making calls to financial institutions.
???? Basic familiarity with credit reports (training provided if necessary).
???? Experience with GoHigh Level CRM (or similar preferred).
