Executive Assistant with Strong Graphic/Video Editing Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant with strong video editing skills. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who loves challenges, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with rapid change. You will be directly working on approximately 4-6 early-stage startups, helping set up the foundation to scale these online businesses until each is assigned to a full-time manager.

RESPONSABILITIES

Strategizing with the CEO: Assess various challenges, primarily related to generating more sales and traffic to our stores (i.e., marketing strategies). Collaborate with the CEO on brainstorming sessions and planning marketing initiatives.

Branding & Marketing: Develop and enhance brand identity through innovative graphic design and cohesive branding strategies. Create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and promotional assets. Edit high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, social media, and advertisements.

Paid Ads: Plan, strategize, and execute Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info ad campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
Analyze and optimize ad performance across various platforms.

Executive Assistance to the CEO: Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization.
Assist in developing long-term strategies and planning for growth.


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent English (written and spoken).
Strong skills in Branding, Graphic Design, and Video Editing.
Optional: Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Upgrade to see actual info Ads management.
Experience in Social Media Management and content creation.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Ability to collaborate and strategize directly with the CEO.
Highly creative with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and proactive mindset.
Strong problem solving skills



COMPENSATIONS

$150 USD per week for the first probation month.
After the probation period, the salary will be renegotiated within the range of $175 to $250 per week.
