Business Operations Manager - for ambitious individual to join a Fast growth Global Amazon Brand Agency

We are looking to add a 20-hour-per-week Business Operations Manager to our fully remote team.

We are Propel Your Product - a fast growing Global Amazon Agency from the UK that helps Innovative Consumer Brands scale on Amazon with our Full Outsource Solution.

We work in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry. So our candidate must be:
- Excellent at English (written and oral)
- Detail oriented
- A fast learner

Required Experience:

Must have:
- Min 3 years experience in Business Administration (with high proficiency in Excel & Email Management)
And at least 2 years experience with at least 1 of the following:
- Supply Chain Management (Shipment creation, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Amazon FBA Shipments).
- Sales Reporting using Excel and online tools (Ideally Amazon Reports, Sellerboard, Helium10)

Tools Required:
- Full-time access to PC/Laptop
- Fast / Stable internet connection
- Tablet or Smartphone with App store access

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Stock Availability on Amazon across 14x marketplaces in Europe and North America
- Managing our 3rd Party Logistics provider - tracking inbound/outbound inventory, performance and instruction.
- Creating Weekly & Monthly Sales, Advertising & Inventory Reports for each client
- Support with various Business Admin e.g. client onaording, email/file management, internal reporting, cost tracking.

Key Software/Platforms:
- Excel, Amazon Seller Central - Reporting, Outlook, MS Teams, OneDrive, Slack

We have a small 7-person headcount team, so we require someone flexible who is happy to work across several areas, learn new skills and adapt to continuous change.

You will be reporting directly to our highly experienced Founder & CEO, who has worked for some leading global brands. We will invest time to train you as required, and in return, you'll need to fit our culture of always being the best!

Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, the candidate must be able to work c4 hours each weekday (Mon-Fri) with at least 2 hours overlapping the UK time zone (e.g. 9am - 11am). We will be flexible for holidays and personal needs with prior notice and agreement.

Earnings for this position range from $500 - $800/month for 20 hours per week ($5-10/hour) depending on previous experience and the amount of responsibility taken. After 6 months employment we will add paid holidays and company performance based bonus.

We are looking for a candidate who wants a long-term position and to progress within our business, to full-time hours and lead their team.
