About Us:
We are a multi-state residential maintenance company specializing in general handyman services, working with REITs and property management companies. We provide light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, landscaping, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
Phone & Text Sales – Engage with employees at Home Depot or Lowes to purchase material for technicians out in the field.
Estimate Management – Send out estimates via
Agreement Handling – Send out hourly agreement forms daily as needed. (This needs to be sent in real time)
Quality Control Calls – Follow up with clients to ensure jobs are completed to standard and address any concerns.
Administrative Support – Assist in scheduling,
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Experience in phone sales and client communication is a must.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up efficiently.
Proficiency in
Prior experience in the maintenance, construction, or property management industry is a bonus but not required.
