Hours: 12 PM – 8 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Email
Management: Handle incoming emails promptly and professionally, sorting inquiries, responding to customers, and forwarding urgent messages to the right teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Advertising Leads: Follow up with leads from our advertising campaigns (e.g., email, phone, or messaging), answer questions, and guide potential customers toward a sale.

GoHighLevel Management: Manage our GoHighLevel CRM platform—track leads, update customer info, and ensure smooth workflows for sales and marketing.

Website Oversight: Update our website with new content (e.g., product info, blog posts, or photos), troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with our web developer when needed.

Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others to promote Dekit’s products, engage with followers, and grow our online presence.

General Support: Assist with scheduling, organizing files, and other tasks to keep the business running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English Skills: Excellent written and spoken English to communicate clearly with our U.S.-based team and customers.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with tools like GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs), website platforms (e.g., WordPress), and social media is a plus, but not required—training provided.

Trustworthy & Reliable: We’re building a long-term relationship, so honesty, confidentiality, and dependability are a must—both ways.

Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and suggest improvements without constant supervision.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Growth Potential: Willingness to learn our business and grow into an autonomous role, taking ownership of tasks over time.
