General Virtual Assistant

OVERVIEW:
Our team is searching for a general VA (Full Time) with high proficiency in English language to do tasks as needed such as sourcing leads for marketing campaigns, editing video projects, posting to social media, etc.

This general VA does NOT need prior experience with any of the tasks listed above. Only English proficiency and a reliable computer is required. The rest will be taught in training.

There will be a 2 month training period for this position. After the training period, we’ll do a review of your work and progression to determine if we are prepared to offer a long term position with the company.

Candidates should be a strong listener, have a thirst for learning, show thorough problem solving skills, and demonstrate acute attention to detail.

TASKS:
- Edit Films and Narrative videos. (full training provided)
- Edit 5-15 minute videos for YouTube. (full training provided)
- Edit 15-60 second vertical short form videos for Facebook & Instagram. (full training provided)
- Do research into niche specific topics.
- Do keyword research for writing titles and descriptions for social media videos.
- Write social media posts.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required, such as sourcing leads for lead gen campaigns, posting to social media, etc. (full training provided)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Speak & write in fluent English.
- A reliable computer capable of running Adobe programs.
- A positive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Available for 40 hours per week without a second job.

PROVIDED:
- Full training as needed.
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you. Some hours will need to be worked during American working hours, but most can be done at times convenient to you.

ABOUT US:
We run two companies, a full service marketing agency and a film education company (in business for over 5 years). We also produce short films, feature films, and tv shows through the film education company. We have a team of 3 full time VAs and over 25 contractors we work with regularly, and are currently looking to expand our full time team.
