The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of business operations and be able to think strategically about how automation and AI can improve efficiency for both our company and our clients.

The EA must be proactive in identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining business processes, ensuring that our clients benefit from increased efficiency. While an MBA is not required, a strong background in Business Management or significant experience in operations would be highly valuable.
The Executive Assistant (EA) is a highly organised, proactive professional responsible for assisting the business owner in daily operations, managing client workflows, and handling automation tasks in Go High Level (GHL). Over time, the EA will take on more key operational responsibilities and become a key player in improving business efficiency and operations.
The EA will also be responsible for overseeing the team, delegating tasks, and working closely with the Account Manager and Marketing Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow execution.
This role is ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver who can handle a variety of administrative, operational, and technical tasks while working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

???? Responsibilities
???? Phase 1 (Months 1-2) – Training & Learning
? Learn the Go High Level (GHL) platform and assist with workflows.
? Manage
? Assist with basic admin tasks (document preparation, SOP writing).
? Tracking and managing tasks in ClickUp.
? Receive training on automation tools (Zapier, CRM, databases).
? Document key processes and create SOPs for reference.
???? Phase 2 (Months 3-4) – Increasing Efficiency
? Handle 50% of the business owner’s workload
? Begin building and managing client automations in GHL.
? Track and follow up on client workflows and requests.
? Manage internal team communications and assist in ClickUp task management.
? Streamline repetitive processes and improve efficiency.
? Oversee task delegation and ensure team efficiency in collaboration with the Account Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
???? Phase 3 (Months 5-6) – Ownership & Autonomy
? Help manage day-to-day business operations and client workflows with minimal input from the business owner.
? Assist and Oversee CRM setups, automation builds, and system optimisations with the Account Manager.
? Identify and fix bottlenecks in client processes and automation workflows.
? Act as the first point of contact for the team and clients.

???? Required Skills & Qualifications
?? 5-10 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or technical support role, with a strong understanding of business operations and process automation.
?? Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL), Zapier, or automation tools (and eager to learn as tech develops).
?? Strong ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
?? Excellent communication and professional
?? Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM systems, workflow automation, and process improvement.
?? Proactive problem solver who takes initiative to improve business operations.
?? Experience using ClickUp (or similar project management tools) is a plus.
?? Leadership experience or strong task delegation skills preferred.
