We are currently hiring an Executive Assistant for one of our marketing agency partners. This role is ideal for someone proactive, creative, and ready to take ownership of administrative and social media tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties:
Manage the agency owner's inbox: sorting, responding, and prioritizing
Handle calendar management: schedule meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Organize and document internal processes and workflows.
Prepare summaries, reports, and meeting notes.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
Proven Experience in executive assistance and social media management.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, scheduling tools (like Buffer, Later), and project management platforms (like ClickUp or Trello).
Capable of working independently while aligning with the agency's goals and strategies.
Previous experience working with marketing agencies is a plus.
