This confidential search is for a consulting company offering services in C-Suite advisory, ERP implementations, custom development, and bookkeeping. This Executive Assistant position is created as part of a growing consulting company.
-The position is part-time currently and is expected to grow.
-Hours will increase throughout the year.
-Candidates should advise if 5-10 hours is their limit of availability. (this is not a disqualification)
-Candidates with limited experience will be considered only if your prior employment was with well known companies that provided executive assistant services (example: Athena)
Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week
Salary: Dependent on experience

Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the CEO and others. This position is responsible for managing the CEO's schedule (limited), organizing and maintaining information(high), handling confidential information(high), and providing general administrative support(high). The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain files and records
Handle action items from calls
Handle confidential information and communications
Prepare presentations and reports
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics (must have prior experience with this)
Be comfortable making phone calls (must have prior experience)
Arrange and manage meetings and events (must have prior experience)
Maintain relationships with key contacts and stakeholders (must have prior experience)
Send gift baskets and other administrative tasks (must have prior experience)
Provide general administrative support as needed
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related administrative role (doing more than just

Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
