We are looking for a reliable and experienced Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for
customer communication on the Fiverr platform. If you have experience in e-commerce
customer support, excellent communication and sales skills, fast response times, reliability,
strong written and spoken English skills, and knowledge of Shopify, we invite you to join our
team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with potential buyers via the Fiverr platform
- Providing quick, accurate, and clear responses to customer inquiries
- Advising customers on order-related questions
- Collecting key information about customer preferences regarding their online store
- Ensuring professional and friendly communication at all times
- Daily coordination of order statuses using Asana or similar project management tools
- Regular check-ins with tea
- Working independently and managing time effectively
- Maintaining availability during agreed working hours
Requirements:
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in Customer Support
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
- Fast response times and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Shopify and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Proactive and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer support (e-commerce, BPO)
- Fast typing skills and efficient message handling
- Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
