Compliance Coordinator

The perfect person for this job will have 2+ years in real estate transaction coordinator role. This position requires communication with the agent, clients, attorneys and other personnel involved in a real estate transaction. This candidate will fill the role of closing coordinator for a growing real estate firm in North Carolina. The perfect candidate will be able to check all files submitted for compliance as well as take files from contract to close independently as requested by the agents.
