JOB OVERVIEW

What we are looking for:

A virtual general assistant for ROIALS Capital for the following areas:

- Email inbox management
We run multiple email marketing campaigns for ourselves, and for our clients, with the goal of setting quality meetings. You will have clear guidelines as to how best do this, working together with Jonas.

- Sale assistant
Help our sales team with various tasks. Such as sending follow-up emails, arranging meetings, assisting in sales meetings or warm calling leads to setup meetings.

- CRM management/organisation
Making sure our CRM is up to date with accurate information and overseeing different flows.

- Conduct due diligence on investors
Following clear guidelines and spreadsheets, you will be researching investor backgrounds, financial capacity, investment history, values, and reputation to ensure alignment with client goals that will help identify the best-fit partners for their needs.

- Expense reporting/bookkeeping
Collect invoices, prepare bank statements, etc on a month-to-month basis and keep good communications with our company managing partner.

- Other tasks within the company

Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
- Proven experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles, preferably, within sales, finance, or capital-raising environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, Google Suite, Excel/Google Sheets, and lead generation processes.
