Key Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and respond to contract opportunities that align with company capabilities.
Assist in preparing and submitting proposals, ensuring alignment with solicitation requirements.
Review contract terms, conditions, and compliance requirements to mitigate risks.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary documentation and ensure timely submissions.
Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, and performance metrics.
Support pricing strategies and cost analysis to develop competitive bids.
Monitor deadlines, performance obligations, and contract modifications.
Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Contract Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in contract administration, procurement, or business development.
