- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles, ensuring the best talent matches client requirements.
- Utilize company databases, job boards, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates and leads.
- Maintain and update client and candidate records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract quality candidates.
- Handle telephone inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Ensure all activities align with the company’s brand values and objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sourcing, recruitment, and lead generation.
- Knowledge of the Australian job market and visa processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRM tools, and job boards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
