Nestor is redefining luxury short-term rentals, offering world-class accommodations with five-star service. We are looking for an expert in platform management to take full charge of our listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and more.

Your Role:
• Full platform management: Ensure seamless operations across all listing platforms.
• Listing optimization: Manage new property uploads, descriptions, and high-quality visuals.
• Synchronization & accuracy: Oversee calendar syncs, pricing adjustments, and availability.
• Review management: Maintain a top-tier reputation with strategic guest interaction.
• Daily monitoring: Ensure everything runs perfectly, identifying and resolving any issues.

What We’re Looking For:

6+ years of experience in short-term rental management
Mandatory: Previous experience working in-house at Airbnb
Deep understanding of pricing strategies, guest behavior, and platform algorithms
Strong eye for detail and an ability to keep everything running smoothly at all times
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
