High-Level Data Specialist – Take Charge, Build Systems, and Scale With Us
I’m looking for someone smart, driven, and ready to take ownership of our data processes. If you just want repetitive VA work, this is NOT for you. If you want to clock in when you feel like it and wait for me to hold your hand, this is NOT for you.

I’ve hired five people recently who said they could take charge, but none of them could. I’m done hiring people who just want to do low-level tasks with no critical thinking. I need ONE person who is ready to dive in, learn the system fast, and figure things out without constant supervision.

What This Role Is About
Owning all the data-related work in my business.
Using spreadsheets, automation, and ChatGPT scripting to clean, organize, and process large datasets.
Problem-solving—if something isn’t working, I need you to troubleshoot and make it happen.
Learning quickly—the first few days will be intense. I’ll throw you into the system, and you’ll ask the right questions to understand how things work.
Managing yourself—I don’t want to chase you down for updates. If you need resources, tell me. If you need help, find a way.
If outsourcing a small task makes sense, you take care of it—I’m hiring you, not a team of slow-moving VAs.

Pay & Growth Opportunity
Starting at $8–$10/hour depending on skill. (I start low because the risk has been super high on this platform.)
After 30–45 days, if you prove you can handle this, I’ll bump you to $12-$15/hour.
If you help me scale, I’ll pay you very well. If I win, you win.
Performance-based bonuses—if you make my life easier and drive results, you’ll make more money.
