Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Client Engagement

As our Virtual Assistant (VA), you’ll play a crucial role in managing client interactions, booking calls, and driving lead generation for our online fitness coaching business. This isn’t just another VA gig—we’re looking for someone who’s sharp, motivated, and eager to grow with us.

Position Details:
- Remote position
- Must be available to work 8 hours daily during daytime PST hours
- Flexible schedule within that time frame
- 40-48 hours/week
- $800-$1000/month CAD + bonuses & commissions
- Bonuses for exceeding call booking quotas
- Commissions on sales made from calls booked
- Paid holidays
- Bonus training & ongoing resources for growth

What You’ll Be Doing (Roles & Responsibilities):
- Managing and responding to direct messages on social media
- Scheduling and booking consultation calls
- Tracking lead interactions in CRM software
- Following up with leads to keep them engaged
- Identifying and nurturing high-potential leads
- Monitoring social media inquiries and spotting opportunities
- What We’re Looking For (Required Skills & Qualifications):
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Highly organized & detail-oriented
- Ability to follow directions & execute tasks efficiently
- Proactive mindset – you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen
- Previous experience in a similar role (lead gen, social media management, or sales preferred)
