**Key Responsibilities:**
**Transaction Management:**
- Coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close.
- Track contract deadlines and follow up proactively.
- Prepare and send offers, contracts, and disclosures.
- Update MLS, CRM, Skyslope, and
- Handle post-closing tasks like requesting reviews and retention marketing.
**Administrative Duties:**
- Learn and utilize real estate software to manage documents.
- Answer calls and respond to inquiries about listings.
- Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and contractors.
- Manage Google Calendar and book appointments.
- Schedule showings and coordinate with buyers/agents.
- Sit in on meetings and ensure weekly goals are met.

- Real estate admin experience is a plus, but not required.
