JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast paced, growing HVAC company in need of a critical thinking, solution oriented, customer service rep. Daily activities include but not limited to answering phones (95% of your day will be spent with inbound and outbound calls), scheduling appointments, data entry, and admin task. We are looking for a candidate to stay long term and build an amazing working relationship! HVAC experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Screenrecording/screensharing is required during your full shift. Fluency in English is essential for this position, as it involves direct communication with customers and detailed documentation. As part of the hiring process we request that you send a sample audio message which must include introducing yourself and reaching out to the customer confirm availability and confirm an appointment. The message should be clear, professional, and friendly, ensuring the homeowner understands the purpose of the call and the next steps for scheduling their appointment.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for this role!!
