Our team is looking for a Real Estate Admin assistant/Transaction coordinator. Your role will be to support our team with daily tasks related to our real estate operation as well as coordinating the successful transaction of our deals. Good communication and english is a must. Must be available to work in MST time zone. Must have at least 2 years of experience working in MST or EST time. Please do not apply if you don't meet the qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the closing of real estate transactions
Maintain accurate records
Handle
Assist with data entry, file organization, and document management tasks.
Conduct research, compile reports, and create presentations as needed.
Manage our CRM to keep our teams organized
Manage/update our internal training program.
Property marketing efforts (design, social media,
Qualifications:
Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
Previous experience as a real estate virtual assistant 2 years minimum
Knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and industry terminology. 2 years minimum
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software/tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
Proficiency with Canva design is a plus
Experience with Real estate contracts in different markets is a plus.
