The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development & Sales Representative with a background in IT and vocational education sales to drive student enrolments and establish strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in both the Australian and international education markets and a strong network in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to increase student enrolments.
Build and manage relationships with prospective students, agents, and industry partners.
Drive international and domestic student recruitment initiatives.
Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion of inquiries into enrolments.
Provide outstanding customer service and enrolment support.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach campaigns.
Stay informed about IT and vocational education trends to ensure effective student engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
2-5 years experience in vocational education sales, with a strong focus on IT and business programs.
Proven success in both domestic and international student recruitment.
Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work towards sales targets.
Experience working with education agents and international student markets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and student management platforms.
A passion for education and career development.
