We are seeking a highly organized and driven Executive Assistant & E-Commerce Specialist who is detail-oriented, a problem solver, and an excellent communicator. This role requires someone who can take initiative, stay organized, optimize online sales, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Job Description:
• Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and coordinating meetings.
• Organize and optimize business processes, workflows, and operational systems.
• Track and analyze data to improve performance and efficiency.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, update product listings, and monitor website performance.
• Execute digital marketing strategies, including ad campaigns, brand engagement, and promotions.
• Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners.
• Solve problems and provide creative solutions for operational and e-commerce challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine operational systems and workflows.
• Maintain calendars, set appointments, and oversee administrative tasks.
• Track and analyze performance metrics for business and e-commerce activities.
• Optimize digital marketing strategies, including content updates and promotions.

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and digital marketing strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to create and direct business operations.
• High D, High C personality traits preferred.

• Microsoft Suite
• ChatGPT
• Spreadsheets/Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
• Web analytics tools
• E-commerce platforms (Amazon, WooCommerce, Shopify, eBay preferred)
• Digital marketing tools

Working Hours:
• Full-time: 9 AM - 6 PM CST (Graveyard Shift for international applicants)
• 40 hours per week
• $5 per hour

Non-Negotiables:
1. Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
2. Must adhere to scheduled working hours.
