I am building a health, wellness, emotional healing, and eco-resort co-hosting business, where we partner with resorts to manage their marketing and business operations. I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and growth oriented Executive Assistant to help me grow this business.

More than just skills and experience, I’m looking for someone with whom I can build a strong, enjoyable, and long-term working relationship. I want us to thrive together while creating a business that makes a real difference.

You’ll be working directly with me, the founder and business owner, and become my right-hand person. As the business grows, the opportunities for your growth will expand, and there is potential for you to manage the team in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Find potential resort partners: Identify health, wellness, emotional healing, and eco resorts we can co-host with. Establish relationships, and win them as clients.

Co-host the resorts: We manage their resort through various platforms like Airbnb, direct bookings from their website, social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, and more. You’ll oversee all aspects of this process.

Manage resort operations: Ensure smooth and efficient operations for the resorts we co-host, including managing teams that handle the daily tasks.

Guest Communications: Make sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for, handling inquiries and concerns with warmth and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $500–$1,500 USD per month (based on experience and expertise).
Working hours: Also dependent based on your experience level. I am generally looking for someone full time for 40 hours per week. But if you are super experienced in managing a team and have experienced in the sector it could be reduced to 10-20 hours per week.

Performance Bonus: Earn an additional $500 per month upon meeting set performance goals (estimated timeframe: 4.5–9 months, depending on results).

Flexible Terms: Open to adjusting work hours and conditions for candidates with exceptional skills or results.
