About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive High-Level Executive Assistant to serve as the CEO’s right-hand person across multiple businesses. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a strong background in social media management and business operations. You will assist in content creation, scheduling, and administrative functions while ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
If you are a self-starter with a high level of initiative, capable of handling both creative and operational tasks, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Operations
Calendar & Email Management: Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and inbox with a high degree of efficiency.
Order Processing & Fulfillment: Oversee order entry, processing, tracking, and delivery logistics.
Task & Project Management: Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Blog & Website Management: Upload and manage blog posts on the company website.
Social Media & Content Management
Content Creation: Develop engaging and brand-aligned content for social media platforms.
Content Calendar Management: Plan, organize, and manage a content calendar for multiple brands.
Social Media Scheduling: Use Hootsuite and other scheduling tools to post and manage social media content.
Brand Engagement: Monitor and respond to social media comments/messages to enhance customer interaction.
Performance Tracking: Analyze social media insights and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Must-Haves:
High attention to detail – ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy.
Exceptional organizational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Customer service mindset – proactive in handling inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.
Social media expertise – experience managing content, scheduling, and engagement across multiple platforms.
Tech-savviness – experience with Hootsuite, scheduling tools, content management systems, and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Social Media Manager in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic graphic design or video editing is a plus.
Experience with e-commerce order management is a bonus.
