About Us:
Vanhousing Painters LLC is a professional painting company specializing in interior, exterior, and cabinet painting. We take pride in delivering top-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant Office Manager to help streamline operations, manage client communication, and support our growing business.

Job Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner.
Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments for estimates.
Administrative Support: Manage invoices and other documents as necessary.
CRM & Data Management: Keep track of client information, and follow-ups in our CRM system. Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM is required.
Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist with managing social media posts.
General Support: Assist with any other administrative or operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years as an Office Manager, Virtual Assistant, or similar administrative role.
CRM Expertise: Experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Proficiency in GoHighLevel CRM is required.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs), Microsoft Office, and other CRM tools.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Customer Service: Friendly and professional attitude when handling clients.
Time Management: Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Experience: Background in the construction, painting, or home improvement industry is a plus but not required.

Compensation:
Competitive salary, $800/month with the potential of growing. 
Paid training.
Flexible working hours, but must be available during Pacific Time business hours.
