Overview:
We are a growing agency seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and customer-focused Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time role will involve supporting both administrative and customer service tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations. The ideal candidate will be able to manage various communication channels, perform data entry, and assist with technical and billing-related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing files and maintaining documentation.
Customer Support & Management:
- Answer incoming phone calls and make outbound calls as necessary.
- Manage inbound communications on
- Provide general tech support for clients, troubleshooting and resolving basic issues.
- Assist with billing-related tasks, including invoicing and addressing client payment inquiries.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with general office management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications with internal teams and clients.
- Perform data entry and update client information in the company’s systems.
- Support the execution of company projects and initiatives, including client onboarding and follow-ups.
- Track and manage customer interactions, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed and resolved.
- Assist with general customer service, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant role or a customer service position.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems like GoHighLevel, ZenDesk, and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable handling billing and invoicing tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic tech support.
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong customer service skills.
