JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

I’m looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive VA to support both my business and personal life. You’ll assist with admin, customer support, marketing, and personal tasks, helping me stay on top of everything.

You’ll be working with my company, a brand dedicated to empowering women, but you’ll also help with personal errands and scheduling to make life run smoothly.

This role will involve:
- Admin & Customer Support (Emails, scheduling, Shopify updates, handling customer inquiries)
- Social Media & Content Creation (Editing videos, creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers)
- Personal Assistance (Managing travel, appointments, errands)

Responsibilities

1. General Admin & Personal Assistance:

- Manage emails, calendar, and appointments
- Data entry, organizing files, and updating spreadsheets
- Handle invoices, reports, and internal documents
- Assist with Shopify store updates and customer orders
- Book flights, hotels, and travel arrangements
- Order gifts, schedule family appointments, and handle personal errands

2. Customer Support:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media
- Process refunds, track orders, and resolve customer issues
- Monitor and reply to messages in LadyBoss community groups
- Maintain a knowledge base of LadyBoss products & services

3. Social Media Management & Content Creation (Personal Brand & LadyBoss):

- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Create engaging social media posts & captions
- Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Engage with followers (reply to comments and DMs)
- Repurpose content from live videos, podcasts, and past posts
- Track engagement and provide weekly performance reports

Who You Are:

- Excellent written & spoken English (Professional & Friendly Tone)
- Experienced in admin, customer service, and social media management
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop is a plus)
- Super organized & detail-oriented (You love making lists & staying ahead)
- Tech-savvy (Familiar with Google Workspace, Trello, Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Able to work U.S. hours (CST preferred)
- A problem solver who takes initiative & works independently

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)

- Experience running Facebook Ads or Upgrade to see actual info Outreach
- Knowledge of fitness, weight loss, or women’s empowerment brands
- Strong copywriting skills for social media & email marketing
