Job Summary:
As an Operator Relations Analyst, your primary responsibility is to initiate outbound calls to Operators with whom we have accounts. Your focus will be to ensure that the transfer of ownership is managed efficiently and in a timely manner. In this role, effective communication skills are essential, as you will serve as a representative of the company. Confidence in verbal communication is key to establishing and maintaining positive relationships with Operators.
Job Description:
- Initiate outbound calls to Operators to facilitate the smooth transfer of ownership.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of ownership transfer processes.
- Serve as a representative of the company during communication with Operators.
- Maintain a high level of confidence and professionalism in verbal communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues related to ownership transfers.
- Submit recorded documentation to the Operators and communicate effectively so interests enter into pay status expediently.
- Analyze revenue statements and determine if interests purchased are transferred.
- Identify gaps in the timeframe for pay status of interests and address with the Operators.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma; some college coursework or a degree in business administration or other field is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge in Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of PipeDrive or other CRM software
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to think strategically and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Confidence in speaking and representing the company.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Must have strong follow-up skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure

Industry Knowledge:
Experience in mineral management or oil and gas industry is a plus but not required.
