JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing team.
The ideal candidate will manage social media, video editing, administrative tasks, and occasionally oversee a small team.
Strong English communication skills and the ability to handle rare high-pressure situations are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Video Editing: Create and edit engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Administrative Tasks: Manage emails, schedule appointments, maintain CRM, and support general office duties.

Phone Support: Answer inbound calls, assist customers, and manage scheduling.

Team Management: Oversee a small team, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Familiarity with social media management and administrative software.

Reliable, strong WiFi internet connection.

Ability to manage occasional high-pressure situations professionally.
