JOB OVERVIEW

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and dubbing studios/vendors.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and timelines.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of dubbing files.
Project Delivery:

Ensure all completed projects are delivered to clients on time and in the correct formats.
Verify that all assets (audio tracks, SFX, translated titles, etc.) meet quality standards before delivery.
Collect client feedback post-delivery and communicate any revisions to vendors.
File Management:

Organize and maintain all project files in Google Drive.
Ensure that project folders and files are properly labeled and easy to access for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Back up critical files and implement version control best practices.
Project Status Reporting:

Provide daily updates on the status of all ongoing projects to the CEO.
Identify and escalate any potential risks, delays, or issues that may impact project timelines.
Create progress reports summarizing completed, pending, and at-risk tasks.
Administrative Support:

Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Help create and manage invoices, project documentation, and task lists.
Support the automation of workflow processes where possible.

Will Scale to Full-Time within 2 weeks to 1-month (Depends on how quickly you get the hang of things)

Availability Requirement: We need someone who can be available from 6am-6pm as we will send work as it comes in.
After the Grace Period: We will have consistent work throughout the 12hrs.
