JOB OVERVIEW

Australian financial advice practice looking for an financial planning assistant and administrator
We are a team of six with a practice that specialises in foreign pensions for people living in Australia and so offer a unique and interesting workload. We are looking for a long term candidate to grow within the business.

The role would include but not limited to:
• General day to day administration
• Electronic file management and auditing - Google Drive
• Correspondence – emails and letters with clients and customers
• Transposing, document review, form completion and submission
• CRM management – updating, review and tracking
• Project tracking and updating
• Analysis and basic to intermediate excel work

Experience
Required
• Previous experience in Australian financial planning, Superannuation or Insurance
• Previous experience in high paced client focused environment
• Be process orientated and keen to find a better way to do things
• Experience with applications such as MS office, Google Chrome, CRM systems
• Intermediate or higher Excel/Sheets knowledge

Highly regarded
• Paraplanning or accounting experience
• Tertiary qualification in relevant subjects
• Specific experience with Upgrade to see actual info, Xplan, GDrive
• Basic understanding of taxation

You would need:
Reliable internet and backup internet
Reliable computer (at least i5 or equivalent and at least 8gb)
Headset or headphones and camera for video calls
Ability to work the majority of hours within Sydney, Australia business hours (8 or 9am Philippines start is fine) with some flexibility as we work across the UK time zone on an ongoing basis.
