Sales Representative (REFL)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth by reaching out to prospective clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound 1-on-1 video consultations, which are scheduled directly on your calendar, to engage with potential clients in a professional and personable manner
• Master the provided sales script, maintaining optimal tonality and demonstrating active listening skills to effectively respond to client needs and pivot as necessary during consultations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and presenting our GLP-1 membership program as a tailored solution for their weight loss goals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, actively contributing to company growth
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed guidance

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, with preference for experience in health, wellness, or medical fields
• Strong video presence and a professional video setup are essential for effective client engagement
• Skilled in script mastery, with an adaptable approach to deliver a friendly, persuasive tone in each consultation
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, able to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
