Role: Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office functions, employee management, and compliance with HR and government requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Handle HR, Government, and Company documentation;
- Manage Employee Onboarding & Offboarding processes;
- Maintain timesheets & leave records;
- Handle supplier management & payments;
- Purchase office supplies & equipment;
- Support HR & Accounting functions;
- Prepare payroll documentation and check vouchers;
- Maintain 201 files for employees;
- Act as a point of contact for office-related tasks and logistics;
- All other tasks assigned by the Company
Shift:
Willing to work day shifts (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM)
Opportunity for flexible work hours and occasional office visits may be required.
