JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing & CRM Specialist to help scale our marketing efforts. This is not just a content-creation role—you’ll be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive leads, nurture prospects, and convert sales. You’ll work closely with leadership, leveraging automation, CRM, social media, and video marketing to improve customer engagement and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- CRM & Email Marketing Management
Oversee and manage Groundhogg CRM (or similar) for lead tracking, segmentation, and automation.
Build, optimize, and execute cold email sequences for outreach and lead generation.
Ensure all emails follow CAN-SPAM compliance with proper branding, structure, and legal details.

- Sales Outreach & Conversion Optimization
Develop targeted outbound strategies using email, social, and video to increase leads & sales.
Use data from the CRM to refine campaign performance, A/B test strategies, and optimize results.
Work closely with sales to create and manage follow-up sequences that convert leads.


- Social Media & Content Marketing
Plan and execute social media campaigns across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Create engaging visual graphics using Canva that align with our brand and marketing strategy.
Repurpose video content into multiple formats (short clips, graphics, social posts).

- Video Marketing & Content Repurposing
Identify and recommend the right videos to use in campaigns.
Work with video content to generate thumbnails, captions, short-form edits, and reels.
Understand best practices for YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn video marketing.

- Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on CRM data, email campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
Identify bottlenecks in the marketing funnel and recommend optimizations.
Use AI and automation tools (like ChatGPT) to improve efficiency and content quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in CRM & Email Marketing (Groundhogg preferred, but not required)
- Proficiency with Canva & Marketing Graphics (Basic design skills for social content & branding)
- Strong understanding of video marketing & content repurposing
- Sales-driven mindset—every marketing effort should drive conversions & revenue.
- Excellent attention to detail—spelling errors, branding mistakes, and compliance issues won’t slip by you.
- Fast execution & problem-solving skills—you anticipate needs before they arise.
- Ability to work independently—you take ownership, execute, and bring strategic insights to the table.
- Knowledge of AI tools & automation (ChatGPT. Claude.Ai, automation platforms) a huge plus!
