Schedule:
Daytime hours, following Australian time.

Compensation:
$800 to $1,000 USD per month

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
-Manage and organize invoices, quotes, and payments.
-Oversee and maintain financial records, ensuring clarity on outstanding balances.
-Handle data entry and reconciliation tasks to maintain accuracy.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
-Research potential leads and maintain an updated database.
-Make initial contact with leads using provided scripts and set up calls.
-Ensure timely and professional responses to client inquiries.

Customer Flow & Financial Management:
-Manage invoicing and quoting processes for streamlined operations.
-Track payments, overdue invoices, and provide financial reporting.

Workflow & Systems Improvement:
-Identify inefficiencies in processes and research better solutions.
-Set up new tools and systems based on business needs.
-Ensure smooth integration of new workflow solutions to enhance productivity.

Key Qualifications:
>Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant with responsibilities in scheduling, marketing, financial management, and customer engagement.
>Proven track record in roles involving direct client interaction, managing inquiries, and providing support in a service-oriented environment.
>Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
>Strong communication and multitasking abilities to handle a dynamic work environment.
