Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage and organize
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events while avoiding conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, tasks, and projects, tracking deadlines and follow-ups.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and document organization.
- Draft and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance workflow efficiency.
Project & Marketing Support
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, social media content scheduling, and engagement tracking.
- Conduct online research for lead generation, competitor analysis, and industry trends.

Requirements
