About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to work directly with the CEO in developing and implementing long-term marketing strategies for The National Marketing Hub and its franchise business opportunities. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to build and grow a marketing team to support the company’s expansion.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement long-term marketing plans in collaboration with the CEO.
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and overall marketing strategy for multiple businesses.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including content marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Team Building & Management

Recruit, train, and manage a marketing team to execute campaigns and strategies.
Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Marketing Operations

Develop marketing automation processes to improve efficiency.
Oversee lead generation strategies for the franchise business.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Monitor and analyze performance data, making adjustments to optimize results.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience – at least 5+ years in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership.
Strong leadership skills – experience managing and growing a marketing team.
Digital marketing expertise – SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and CRM.
Excellent communication skills – ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Analytical mindset – data-driven approach to measuring success and making improvements.
Hands-on attitude – willing to be involved in strategy and execution.
Experience in franchise marketing (preferred but not required).
