Daily Tasks:
• Facilitate and lead smaller sync meetings to ensure team alignment.
• Coordinate small-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Send weekly tasks reminders to each tea
• Document meeting discussions, action items and follow-ups.
• Create and update process flows and documentations for project clarity.
• Design and develop presentation materials for meetings and reports.
• Screen and filter candidates for initial interviews based on job requirements.
• Assist newly hired employees with onboarding and integration into the team.
• Source and plan for quarterly team events to foster team engagement.
• Provide support to the Project Manager across all PMO-related tasks.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Optimistic energy and good personality
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives independently
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
