Executive Assistant to CEO - Dynamic Startup Environment - MIN of 7+ YEARS AS AN EA

Position Overview:

We're seeking a highly organised and versatile Executive Assistant to support our
CEO. This is part time and could progress to a full-time role (40 hours/week) requires a minimum 6 month commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CEO's schedule, correspondence, and administrative tasks
• Manage all inboxes, follow-ups and replies on behalf of the CEO
• Provide sales support as directed by the CEO
• Monitor and assist with social media channels
• Coordinate meetings and events
• Maintain filing systems and documentation
• Assist with marketing and product development tasks
• Conduct research and prepare reports
• Handle confidential information with discretion

Ideal Candidate:
• Passionate about startups and positive impact
• Proactive "can-do" attitude
• Experience in multifaceted roles
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online collaboration tools
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Required Skills:
Seeking an exceptionally organized EA with proven initiative – references will be required to verify these essential skills. Must excel at creating order from chaos while proactively anticipating needs.
* We require a minimum of 7+ years experience as an EA

• Advanced proficiency in English
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Experience with customer relations and follow-ups
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Azure Dev Ops (not necessary) , Slack,
and Asana
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Self-directed learning ability, especially for new technologies
• Eagerness to quickly master unfamiliar platforms as needed
