Role Overview
This is a hybrid role that merges the meticulousness of a personal assistant with the strategic prowess of a project manager. You'll be the cog that keeps the machine running smoothly and the spark that ignites new ideas—a true linchpin in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Excellence
Calendar & Email Management:

Orchestrate schedules, meetings, and appointments with precision.

Filter and prioritize communications, ensuring timely responses.

Document Preparation & Organization:

Draft, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports.

Maintain digital filing systems for easy retrieval and collaboration.

Task Coordination:

Act as the point of contact between internal teams and external partners.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

2. Project Management Mastery
Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scopes, timelines, and resources.

Set milestones and KPIs to track progress against objectives.

Team Coordination:

Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and sales professionals.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.

Budget & Resource Management:

Monitor project budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the company's vision.

3. Research & Market Analysis
Industry Insight:

Conduct in-depth research on affiliate marketing trends, SaaS advancements, and consumer behaviors in the UK.

Analyze competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Use analytical tools to interpret data, generating actionable insights.

Present findings in a clear, compelling manner to inform strategy.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in roles combining personal assistance and project management.

Proven track record managing SaaS projects and/or online platform launches.

Deep understanding of the affiliate marketing industry and the UK digital marketplace.
