Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide outstanding customer service.
- Dispatch tow trucks efficiently using phone vehicle tracking software.
- Manage and coordinate service requests between customers and tow operators.
- Handle frustrated and confused customers with professionalism and patience.
- Address concerns from tow operators and ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Perform light administrative tasks, including invoicing and credit card transactions.
- Contact companies for updates, edits, and additional service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs and customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, dispatching, or call center roles.
- Experience in the software known as 'TowBook' and towing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using vehicle tracking software and dispatching tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
