Position: Virtual Personal Assistant to Entreprenuer
Location: Fully Remote (Must be available in U.S. Eastern Time Zone)
Hours: Part-time to Full-time (Flexible, with availability during business hours and occasional off-hours)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Virtual Personal Assistant to support an entreprenuer in managing his diverse business ventures, administrative needs, and personal projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This is a fully remote role that requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive business and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Scheduling:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (business and personal).
- Schedule meetings, set reminders, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and organize emails, messages, and other communications, flagging priorities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain digital records, documents, and cloud-based organization systems.

Business Support:
- Assist in managing ongoing projects across multiple companies and ventures.
- Research and compile reports, competitor analysis, and industry insights.
- Act as a liaison between entreprenuer and team members, clients, and external partners.
- Handle light bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Support AI automation efforts to improve workflow efficiency.

Personal Support & Lifestyle Management:
- Coordinate online purchases, subscriptions, and personal bookings.
- Research and book travel accommodations, restaurants, and experiences.
- Organize personal appointments and scheduling for fitness, health, and personal commitments.
- Assist with pet-related logistics (e.g., vet appointments, scheduling dog services).

Special Projects & High-Level Initiatives:
- Support initiatives related to content creation, business growth, and brand management.
- Assist with real estate and rental property-related tasks, including tenant coordination.
- Research investment or business opportunities.
- Coordinate logistics for business and virtual events.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive—able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable with tools like Zoho apps, Google Workspace, Shopify, WordPress, AI automation tools, and cloud-based systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment.
- Trustworthy and discreet, with experience handling confidential information.
- Familiarity with real estate, e-commerce, or high-end services is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Background in project management, business operations, or administrative support.
- Experience supporting entrepreneurs, high-level executives, or fast-growing businesses.
- Knowledge of social media content creation, e-commerce, or real estate is a bonus.
