Marketing operations / Executive Assistant

Hi there! I run a small lead generation agency and I'm looking for my right hand man (or lady!). We build large lists of people and organizations and run email campaigns on behalf of clients.

Ideal candidate is:
- highly organized
- feels comfortable making decisions / working inside of some ambiguity
- comfortable working in excel or sheets (can perform basic data manipulation functions)
- comfortable exploring new technology / using new tools
- high integrity (does what they say they will do)
- strong communicator

This is an exciting field that is changing quickly. A lot of room for learning + bonus $$ for performance.

Bonus skills (not required, but great if you have any one of them)
- More advanced data analysis / manipulation skills
- experience using chat based AI tools
- strong written english
- experience with graphic design tools
- experience creating or managing social media campaigns
- experience building processes / working in high-stakes environments
- experienced invoicing / with quickbooks
- experience with AI tools

What you'll be doing:
- Social media campaign organizing (don't worry, we have a system to generate content!)
- Invoicing clients
- Managing interested replies in a shared email inbox
