I'm guessing we need 5-10 hours of work availability per business per month. Note there are two businesses here and we're looking for someone who can take care of both.

Below is an overview of the onboarding phase:
To start working with our marketing agency we have a team onboarding phase. The purpose of this is so that we all get to know each other as people, and work together as a team for us each to move forward in life individually and collectively. We believe in investing in our people to help them develop in their skillset and personal life journey.
First we will have a brief 30 minute intro meeting to get to know each other. This first 30 minutes would be unpaid to go over any questions and get to know each other.
Then if we're both interested in starting a 30 day trial period we would move forward with our onboarding phase (unpaid) and then move forward with paid technical work.
Team onboarding phase:
- Two interviews (30 minutes a piece)
- Discover your personal purpose, goals and vision (60 minutes)
- Discover your personality and skillset (60 minutes)
- Talk about our team, processes, vision and goals (90 minutes)
- 30 day work trial period - includes technical work.
- If we agree we're a good fit for each other after 30 days, we move forward together. If we want to part ways after 30 days then that's fine too!
