We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin Assistant to provide general office support. This role will play an essential part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling administrative tasks and appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Supporting the team with office-related duties
- Organizing and updating records using our internal systems
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience and strong understanding of the Australian real estate market
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with administrative tools and processes
